The primary goal
of the bill (Reg. No. 8411) is to support citizen´s right for revision of court
judgment or acts of court in view of the newly discovered facts, if the court found
a judge (judges), parties, or other individuals guilty of crimes, due to which legal
investigation or solution of case resulted in illegitimate or unjustified
judgment.
Part 2 of clause 361 of the Code of Civil Procedure of Ukraine is supplemented with the provisions, whereby court judgments shall undergo revision, if the applicable court judgment confirmed crimes of a judge (judges), parties, or other individuals, due to which legal investigation or solution of case resulted in illegitimate or unjustified judgment.
